Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty or representation of any kind, whether express or implied. Spaqi Consulting L.L.C. does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kosovo, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
